ORDERS

Can my order be eligible for free shipping?

If your order exceeds 150 AED, and is to be delivered to areas within emirate bounds, then it is considered for free shipping. Otherwise, standard shipping for Dubai, Ajman, & Sharjah will be at a standard of 10 AED, and 20 AED for other emirates.
If your order exceeds 300 AED, and is to be delivered to any of the 7 emirates within city bounds, then your order will be eligible for free shipping.


How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at anytime while it is under preparation, simply visit your orders dashboard and click on the option to cancel the order.
Once your order is shipped and sent for delivery, you can opt in for a return based upon the details mentioned in the returns section.


How can I know the status of my order?

From your orders dashboard, you can confirm & check the status of your order at any time.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only support shipping within the UAE, to all the 7 Emirates.


Will I recieve a call before delivery?

Once you ordered with our website, you'll instantly receive an email with all your order information and delivery details.
Our delivery person will call you on the day of delivery, to confirm your availability & to confirm the validity of the location credentials.


RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt & proof of purchase. We will reject the right to return an item to a customer if it fails to meet the below criteria.
You can return the product(s) only within 1 week after delivery. After 1 weak the return button from your dashboard will automatically disappear.
Return shipping fee for the product(s) will be paid by the customer, and once the product is accepted and deems eligible for return, we will contact the customer for further details on the refund.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
By contacting us through our "Contact Us" form, you can file for damage and defective goods and get support with your inquiry.


We offer returns & refunds to the limited cases only:

  • You have received the wrong order.
  • The product(s) is defective.
  • The product(s) has been damaged in transit.
  • A manufacturer recalls the product.

We also offer exchanges for the goods that apply to the above criteria.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
